Appine may, from time to time, provide updates or upgrades to the Software. These updates may be automatic or may require your manual installation. By using the Software, you consent to receiving such updates and agree that this EULA governs any updates or upgrades provided by Appine.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Appine may terminate this EULA at any time with or without cause. You may terminate this EULA by ceasing all use of the Software and deleting all copies of it from your devices. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this EULA will immediately terminate.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Appine does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Appine or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Software, even if Appine has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
